Simple Hypnotherapy is the trading name used on this website for the therapy practice of Sonya Hudson, based at Hadrian Lodge West, 28 Rosedale, Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne NE28 9TX. Sonya Hudson is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing sessions. • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation (lawful basis: legitimate interests, and your consent where given).

Enquiry form

The website enquiry form is processed by a third-party form service (Formspree, Inc.), which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Enquiries are delivered to the practice inbox and copied to [email protected], which is managed by Simple Hypnotherapy. Please avoid including detailed medical information in web forms or email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to sessions are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept securely for the period required by professional and insurance guidance (typically up to seven years after your last session) and then securely destroyed.

Confidentiality

Information shared in sessions is confidential. It may only be disclosed without your consent where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where required by law. Wherever possible, this would be discussed with you first.

Your rights
